Install browser extensions like “HTTPS Everywhere” that automatically try to use a secure HTTPS connection whenever possible, encrypting the data you exchange with websites.

Keep Your Browser Updated:
Regularly update your browser to the latest version. Browser updates often include security patches that address known vulnerabilities.
Microsoft Edge
- On Edge browser, go to Settings and more > Help and feedback > About Microsoft Edge .
- Check if Edge is updated or Click on check for updates
Google Chrome
- At the top right, click More.
- Click Help. About Google Chrome.
- Click Update Google Chrome.
- Click Relaunch.
Mozilla FireFox
- Open Firefox browser, Select “Help”
- Click on “About Firefox” to continue:
- A pop-up window will appear with the version of Firefox.
